The Oaks Apartments are located at 1619 Lake Avenue, Tallahassee, Florida 32310.  The Oaks is newly owned and managed by RFT Asset Management.  Each unit has been renovated and includes new appliances, flooring, paint, and cabinetry.  The Oaks is a community complex, which makes the environment very welcoming.  This property is located near Gaines Street, Florida State University, FAMU, and Tallahassee Community College.  Close to shopping and downtown, this property is located in the central heart of Tallahassee, Florida.  The Oaks provides a safe, secure, and calm environment for the individuals that reside there.  The Oaks has onsite maintenace, which is equipped to handle all maintenance issues.  We Would love to have you as part of our community.
